Songs of Messiah: The Angels' Song

The theology of God’s salvation is contained in three enormous Christ-events: The Incarnation, the Crucifixion, the Resurrection; or Christmas, Good Friday, Easter. The Incarnation launches everything and ultimately determines everything. Once the Word became flesh and entered our world, crucifixion and resurrection were inevitable. With the Incarnation the salvation of the world was a foregone conclusion, but it all had to play out.
