Our Sunday morning gatherings at WOLC are at 10AM CT. We are gathering both in-person at Riverside and Cook Rd. in St. Joseph, MO and online at wolc.com/live.
Kids ministry for all ages will return to in-person ministry on September 20, 2020.
We respect that everyone has different opinions in this season. As a staff, we have consulted with the St. Joseph Health Department, the St. Joseph School District, the CDC, and our local government. The most updated policies in regards to Covid specific procedures for kids and youth ministry can viewed by clicking here. PLEASE REVIEW THIS DOCUMENT BEFORE CHECKING IN YOUR CHILD.
Here are a few other things to note as we return:
Check-in: please arrive early to help eliminate long lines and congestion. Please be patient with and kind to our check-in team (the first couple weeks back may be slower than usual).
Elementary: 1st-5th grades will NOT meet in the upstairs room during this time. Elementary will be meeting in the MYC located near the front doors instead - giving us plenty of room for distancing. Please have your child checked in before sending them to the MYC.
678: Students will check in and then travel with their peers and leaders to the main sanctuary for worship. After worship, students will return to The Loft (678 ministry space) for the remainder of the morning where they will participate in communion together.
IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO JOIN ONE OF OUR MINISTRY TEAMS FOR KIDS OR YOUTH COMPLETE THE FORM BELOW.
Kids are welcome in our main gathering in the sanctuary on Sundays or we have made the Life Center available for families with a live feed of service.
We understand that some families are not comfortable with returning to in-person gatherings or are in a category which makes them vulnerable to increased health risks and should stay home. We will continue to make resources available here for families who are staying home.
WEEKLY TEACHING VIDEOS
Every Sunday morning we will upload a new lesson video here for your kids to watch. We encourage you to join them and help them continue with the conversation and activity (included in the video). We suggest doing this before or after the regular Sunday morning online service. This will provide your family with a sense of attending church on Sunday together.
