With over 150 adult & youth volunteers currently involved, Word of Life Kids is the largest volunteer-based ministry at Word of Life Church. To be effective in our mission of “connecting children to Jesus Christ and one another, growing in the Christian virtues of faith, hope, and love”, we need 40-50 volunteers to serve each weekend. If you’d like to join the children’s ministry team, we ask that you commit to serving one service per month. Here are just a few ways you can get involved:
- drama/storytelling
- small group leader
- worship
- stage set design/construction
- registration
- crafts & games
To become a part of the Word of Life Kids ministry team, please complete the Volunteer Staff Application or call the church office for more information. All volunteers must undergo a background screening and personal references must be provided. Thank you for your interest in children’s ministry.
