The Emotionally Healthy Spirituality course is a small-group experience that brings together the best of the ancient practices of the Christian faith and our modern understanding of emotional health. This plan of discipleship deeply changes our relationship with God and helps us to grow to become more like Jesus.
A new session begins Wednesday, April 18.
For eight weeks we will meet in the East Meeting Room, watch a brief video and then discuss various aspects of emotional healthy and the contemplative life.
